What we collect
Server log files (browser type, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, request time, IP address) are collected automatically by our hosting provider for technical operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you use the contact form, the data you enter (including your contact details) is stored to process your request and for follow-up questions, based on Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. It is kept until you ask us to delete it, you withdraw consent, or the purpose no longer applies.
Chatbot
This site optionally offers a chatbot. Your chat input is processed to answer your request. Processing takes place on our own servers (self-hosted, locally run AI); no data is transmitted to third-party providers. Using the chatbot is voluntary — the contact form remains available as an alternative at any time.
Cookies
This site does not set third-party tracking or advertising cookies on page load. Any cookies used are limited to what is technically necessary.

This site embeds content from the following third-party providers, but only after you actively click a button such as "Load now":
- Smoobu (login.smoobu.com) – booking tool showing availability and prices.
- Trustindex (cdn.trustindex.io) – review widget, displays our Airbnb reviews.
- Beds24 – planned as an additional booking tool (alternative to Smoobu).
No connection to these providers' servers is made, and no cookies from them are set, before that click. Once loaded, the provider may process your IP address and other technical data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
